Paul founded Terradean after many years in UK commercial property, acquiring freeholds, structuring deals and managing the legal process through to completion. He set the firm up on a simple belief: that selling a building shouldn't be stressful, drawn-out or full of surprises. If Terradean has written to you, the letter came from Paul personally, and it's him you'll speak to when you call. Not a call centre, and never a hard sell.

Away from the office, Paul plays sport, particularly football and golf, walks the office dog Oreo, and admires classic cars for sale that he's never had the conviction to buy.
